VINTAJ SEVENTI
IMAGE CONSULTING CLIENT POLICIES
Effective Date: October 28, 2026
These policies govern Image Consulting services provided by Vintaj Seventi, including consultations, personal styling, wardrobe assessments, shopping assistance, digital styling recommendations, and Signature Client memberships.
By booking or purchasing a service, the client agrees to the applicable policies and the specific terms presented in their service agreement or order confirmation.
1. Booking & Payment
All services require payment before the appointment is confirmed or work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service fees cover the professional time, expertise, research, creative development, and deliverables specified in the purchased service.
Any work beyond the agreed scope requires separate approval and may incur additional fees.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
For appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance, before any professional work has begun:
The client may reschedule once without additional charge, subject to availability.
If the client chooses to cancel entirely, Vintaj Seventi will refund the payment minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the service price, capped at $50.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee, subject to applicable law and any services not yet performed.
For services delivered without a scheduled appointment, cancellation eligibility depends on whether work has begun.
3. Cancellation After Work Begins
Professional work includes consultations, client assessments, wardrobe reviews, research, product sourcing, styling development, outfit planning, and preparation of recommendations or deliverables.
If a client cancels after work begins but before completion, Vintaj Seventi may retain reasonable charges for documented work performed and previously approved, nonrecoverable expenses.
Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded, as applicable.
Work performed will be valued using the rates or milestones disclosed in the applicable service agreement. Cancellation does not automatically make the entire unpaid or prepaid service fee earned.
4. Completed Services & Refunds
Fees for fully performed and properly delivered services are nonrefundable, except where required by law or where Vintaj Seventi has failed to meet its contractual obligations.
A client’s personal dissatisfaction with styling recommendations, product selections, or creative direction does not, by itself, entitle the client to a refund.
5. Rescheduling, Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Clients are permitted one complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
A 15-minute grace period applies to scheduled appointments.
After 15 minutes, Vintaj Seventi may cancel the appointment and apply its late-cancellation terms.
If the appointment proceeds despite a late arrival, it will end at the originally scheduled time.
Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows. Applicable charges and any remaining refund entitlement are determined under the service agreement and applicable law.
6. Revisions & Additional Requests
Services that expressly include revisions permit one consolidated revision within the original service scope.
Additional revisions, substantially different creative directions, replacement concepts, or requests beyond the purchased service are not included and may require additional payment.
Services without an expressly included revision do not automatically include one.
7. Shopping, Sourcing & Merchandise
Vintaj Seventi provides styling recommendations and sourcing assistance but does not guarantee third-party product availability, retailer pricing, fit, shipping, or delivery.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed:
Clients purchase merchandise using their own funds.
Retailer return, exchange, and warranty policies govern merchandise purchases.
Travel, parking, shipping, tailoring, alterations, and merchandise costs are separate from consulting fees.
No merchandise will be purchased on a client’s behalf without authorization.
Vintaj Seventi is not responsible for changes made by third-party retailers or service providers outside its control.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate measurements, sizes, preferences, budgets, event details, and other information reasonably necessary to perform the service.
Clients are responsible for timely responses, appointment attendance, and access to wardrobe items or locations when applicable.
Incomplete information, delayed approvals, or unavailable merchandise may affect delivery schedules.
9. Service-Specific Terms
Vintaj Verdict — $29
Includes a review of up to three submitted photographs and one product link, with professional feedback delivered within the advertised 24-hour turnaround, beginning once all required materials have been received.
Additional photographs, links, or styling requests require a separate purchase or written agreement. No live consultation is included unless expressly stated.
Mini Lookbook — $95
Includes the digital styling deliverables specified in the purchased package. The number of looks, delivery deadline, and any included revisions must be confirmed in the service description or order confirmation.
Additional looks or substantial changes to the original brief require separate approval and payment.
Special Occasion Edit — $125
Provides occasion-specific styling guidance within the purchased service scope. Clients must communicate their event date, requirements, and deadlines before work begins.
Retailer inventory, shipping, and alterations are outside Vintaj Seventi’s control. Rush requests or additional sourcing may incur separate fees.
Image Consultation — $75
Includes a scheduled 30-minute professional consultation. Additional consultation time, written plans, shopping research, or extended styling services are not included unless specifically stated.
Signature Image Blueprint — $325
Includes a scheduled 60-minute consultation and the assessment, recommendations, and deliverables specified in the client’s purchased package.
Preparation and professional research count as work performed. Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Shopping Edit — $475
Includes up to three hours of shopping assistance and a 30-minute follow-up, as described in the purchased package.
Merchandise, travel-related expenses, tailoring, and additional shopping time are separate unless expressly included. Overtime requires advance client approval.
Wardrobe Edit + Outfit System — $625
Includes a two-hour wardrobe session and up to two hours of behind-the-scenes professional work, as specified in the purchased package.
Clients must provide reasonable access to the wardrobe and relevant items. Additional sessions, sourcing, or work beyond the agreed scope may require additional payment.
Signature Client — $295 per Month
Signature Client is a recurring Image Consulting membership with an initial six-month commitment.
The membership fee is $295 per month, for a total initial commitment of $1,770.
Payments are automatically charged monthly using the payment method authorized by the client.
The initial commitment covers six consecutive monthly billing periods.
After the initial six months, membership continues month-to-month at the disclosed rate unless canceled.
Following the initial commitment, clients must provide 30 days’ written notice to cancel.
Cancellation during the initial six-month commitment does not automatically eliminate the remaining contractual payment obligations, subject to applicable law and the membership agreement.
The exact monthly benefits, usage limits, appointment availability, unused-service treatment, and any exclusions must be specified in the signed Signature Client agreement.
Any price change or material change to membership terms will be communicated in advance as required by law.
Clients must expressly authorize recurring payments before the first charge. Vintaj Seventi will provide a clear cancellation method and confirmation of cancellation requests.
10. Service Delivery & Communication
Service delivery timelines begin when payment, required information, and any necessary client approvals have been received.
Digital recommendations and documents may be delivered electronically.
Unless a service specifically includes ongoing support, additional communication, follow-up consultations, or revisions are not included after delivery.
11. Confidentiality & Client Materials
Vintaj Seventi will use client-provided photographs, measurements, wardrobe information, and personal preferences for the purpose of providing the purchased services.
Client photographs, identifying information, and private styling materials will not be publicly shared for marketing without separate authorization.
Clients agree to provide only materials they have the right to share for consulting purposes.
12. Cancellations by Vintaj Seventi
If Vintaj Seventi must cancel or cannot provide a purchased service, the client will be offered a reasonable rescheduling option or a refund for services not performed.
13. Limitation of Service
Image Consulting provides professional styling advice and creative recommendations. It does not guarantee a particular appearance, social response, retailer outcome, merchandise availability, or personal satisfaction.
Nothing in these policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
14. Policy Acceptance & Governing Law
These policies must be made available to clients before purchase and incorporated into the applicable booking or service agreement.
Service-specific signed agreements control where they contain more specific terms, subject to applicable law.
These policies are governed by Texas law, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
